Automated Farm Operations

Ryggestalund is a local Swedish farm operation specializing in sheep herding courses and dog breeding (kennel), located just outside Stockholm. The owners—two passionate, experienced entrepreneurs—spend most of their time managing animals and the farm, leaving minimal capacity for website maintenance, customer communication, and administrative tasks.

Zackion designed and built a fully automated digital platform that handles bookings, customer inquiries, payments, and business administration, allowing the team to focus on what they do best: training and breeding.

The Ryggestalund team was stretched thin managing both farm operations and customer communication. Manual booking requests, course inquiries, puppy questions, and payment processing consumed valuable hours each week.

Without a streamlined system, response times were slow, customers had limited self-service options, and administrative tasks like invoicing and annual accounts required significant manual effort.

We built a fully custom, automated platform featuring an AI-powered chatbot that handles all customer inquiries, course bookings, modifications, and puppy questions in real time. The system integrates seamless online payment processing via Stripe, allowing customers to book and pay directly on the website.

A custom backend manages invoicing, booking calendars, and financial documentation automatically, eliminating manual administrative overhead. The fast, purpose-built frontend gives customers instant access to availability and smooth booking experiences.
