Zackion developed a complete digital ecosystem consisting of three integrated platforms: a patient-facing website for appointment booking with live doctor and room availability, a patient mobile app for bookings, digital queue numbers, visit history, prescriptions, payments and care-plan membership, and a staff app for check-in, queue calling, vitals capture and consultation notes.

All systems are powered by an advanced backend managing branches, doctor schedules, appointments, payments, invoicing, insurance claims, reporting, and recall campaigns.
